Submin is a web-based administration tool for subversion (svn), it is a nice alternative for User-friendly SVN and doing it by hand. It’s features include user management, repository management and integration with trac. It uses apache2 for access to the repository and management interface. Unfortunately, submin isn’t included in the stable Debian packages repository, but the project provides it’s own debian repository which eases the installation process.

VirtualConcepts is officieel Ubuntu Affiliate Solution Provider Partner geworden. Hierdoor hebben wij een directere lijn met Ubuntu, is het mogelijk dat wij van hun services gebruik kunnen maken en kunnen wij eventuele problemen van klanten met Ubuntu bespreekbaar maken.
Afgelopen vrijdag (17 juli) organiseerde Virtual Concepts samen met Qurious een openingsborrel voor de nieuwe kantoorlocatie. There is a great howto about installing Xen on Debian Unstable. It is really easy to do and it runs fine. Nevertheless, on production servers, that’s not an optimal solution. Debian Unstable has too many updates and things change too often. On production machines, a Xen host system should be stable, secure and should not need much attention. That is where Sarge comes in. If you pull the Xen packages from backports and install them on Debian stable you’ve got the best of both worlds. Let’s do so!
